Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Access
ChatVibe premium access is a digital service. Once paid access is activated and used, refunds may be limited because the service is delivered immediately.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
- Duplicate payment for the same plan.
- Payment deducted but premium access was not activated.
- Technical failure where support cannot restore access within a reasonable time.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Completed one-time access after the premium session has been used.
- Account restriction caused by violation of the terms or moderation policy.
- Change of mind after the paid feature has been activated and used.
4. Cancellations
Current premium plans are access-duration plans rather than auto-renewing subscriptions. A daily, weekly, or monthly plan expires automatically at the end of its access period unless a new payment is made.
